The Childhood and Biography of Han So-hee

Han So-hee, born Lee So-hee on November 18, 1993, in Ulsan, South Korea, is a South Korean actress active in television and film. She attended Ulsan Girls’ High School before transferring to Ulsan High School of Arts, where she graduated with a major in arts.

Han So-hee’s parents divorced when she was five years old, after which she was raised by her maternal grandmother in Ulsan. During her high school years, she and her grandmother attempted to live with her mother, but the arrangement was unsuccessful, and they continued to live separately. Her father passed away early, while her mother faced financial difficulties and became entangled in significant debt. Throughout this period, her grandmother remained her primary caregiver and provider.

When Han So-hee was in the fourth grade, her mother was investigated and arrested in connection with a fraud case, forcing her to take a one-year leave of absence from school. Subsequently, she moved to Wonju, changed schools, and repeated the fourth grade with students born in 1994. This interruption led to inconsistencies regarding her birth year in various official records later in her career.
