Early life
Kaho Shibuya was born and raised in Tokyo in an academically oriented family; her father was a physician. From an early age, she developed a strong interest in anime and manga, passions that continued throughout her upbringing and later influenced her career path.
After graduating from high school, she studied English Language at Aoyama Gakuin University. In 2014, she achieved a perfect score of 990 on the TOEIC exam. By 2016, she had earned certifications in English teaching and childcare, completing her academic training before embarking on her professional career.
Career
Kaho Shibuya began her professional career in media in 2012 as a sports reporter for Tokyo Sports, specializing in coverage of professional baseball in Japan. She remained in this role until 2014, when she left to pursue opportunities in the entertainment industry.
In late 2014, she made her debut as JAV actress Kaho Shibuya, signing an exclusive contract with Alice Japan and releasing her first adult film in November. This marked the beginning of Kaho Shibuya’s 18+ career, establishing her as a recognizable name within the industry.
Between 2015 and 2016, Kaho Shibuya joined the AV idol group Sexy-J as its ninth member. During this period, she also expanded her activities by releasing a music single in August 2015.
