Park Ji-hu (박지후) is a South Korean film and television actress, born on November 7, 2003, in Daegu, South Korea. She began her acting career in 2016 and is represented by BH Entertainment.
Park Ji-hu gained widespread recognition for her leading role in the film House of Hummingbird (2018). She later further increased her public profile through her portrayal of Nam On-jo in the Netflix series All of Us Are Dead (2022) and Oh In-hye in the tvN television drama Little Women (2022).
Early life
Park Ji-hu was born in Suseong District, Daegu. She attended Samdeok Elementary School, Dongwon Middle School, and Dongmoon High School. While in middle school, she was scouted on the streets of Daegu by a talent agent. Following a series of auditions, she began pursuing a career in acting.
Career
Park began her acting career in 2014 after being discovered through street casting. She made her official debut in 2016 in the short film Home Without Me, followed by a supporting role in Vanishing Time: A Boy Who Returned.
Between 2016 and 2017, she held supporting roles in several films, including Vanishing Time: A Boy Who Returned (2016), Fabricated City (2017), and The Witness (2018). In 2018, Park starred in her first leading role as Kim Eun-hee in the independent film House of Hummingbird. During the same year, she appeared in the tvN SHOW series Revenge Note 2.
In 2019, House of Hummingbird received a wide theatrical release. Park won the Best Actress award in the International Narrative category at the Tribeca Film Festival, becoming the youngest recipient in the festival’s history. That year, she also appeared in a supporting role in the JTBC series Beautiful World and received multiple accolades for her performance in House of Hummingbird, including Best New Actress at the Director’s Cut Awards and the Korean Association of Film Critics Awards.
In 2021, Park was cast in the disaster film Concrete Utopia, directed by Uhm Tae-hwa, alongside Lee Byung-hun, Park Seo-joon, and Park Bo-young. In 2022, she portrayed Nam On-jo in the Netflix original series All of Us Are Dead and Oh In-hye in the tvN drama Little Women. Additionally, she starred in the music video for “NewJeans“‘s single “Ditto.”
From 2023 to 2024, she served as an MC for the music program Inkigayo alongside Yeonjun and Woonhak. During this period, she appeared as Hye-won in Concrete Utopia (2023), which was released in August. She also made a guest appearance in the series Delivery Man! and a special appearance in JTBC’s Miraculous Brothers.
In 2025, Park is scheduled to star in two series: SBS’s Spring of Four Seasons as Kim Bom and Spirit Fingers as Song Woo-yeon. She will also reprise her role as Nam On-jo in the second season of Netflix’s All of Us Are Dead.
