Early life
Born in Chongqing, Zhou Ye moved to Huizhou, Guangdong, at the age of five. She attended Huizhou Hualuogeng Secondary School. During her first year of high school, she was enrolled in the IELTS class of the International Department, transitioned to the Liberal Arts department in her second year, and moved to the Media class in her third year. In 2016, she was admitted to the Performance Department of the Beijing Film Academy, ranking 36th nationally in the professional entrance examination.

On July 11, 2020, Zhou Ye participated in the variety show Happy Camp with the summer special theme “Stand Firm”, broadcast on Hunan Satellite TV.
In 2021, Zhou Ye joined the reality program Wonderland (50km Taohuawu) as a regular cast member starting May 13, 2021. On May 14, 2021, she appeared in Episode 4 of Keep Running Season 5. On July 30, 2021, she participated in Chinese Restaurant Season 5 as a regular cast member.
