ONEUS (원어스) is a South Korean boy group active in the K-pop industry, established by RBW Entertainment. The group debuted on January 9, 2019, with their first EP Light Us and the lead single “Valkyrie.” As of February 2026, ONEUS transitioned to B-Wave following the expiration of their contract with RBW earlier that month.

The group currently consists of five members, all of South Korean nationality: Seoho, Leedo, Keonhee, Hwanwoong, and Xion. Initially debuting as a six-piece act, former member Ravn departed from the group in October 2022.
Meaning of ONEUS
The name “ONEUS” is pronounced as “One Us,” symbolizing the idea that the group and their fans form a single unity. The Korean phonetic spelling (원어스) also alludes to “One Earth,” aligning with the “Earth” imagery the group consistently utilizes in their relationship with the fandom.
Fandom & Lightstick
The official fandom, TO MOON (투문), was announced on March 21, 2019, via social media and V Live. The name carries two layers of meaning: “TO MOON” signifies that fans are the moon revolving around ONEUS (representing Earth), while “TWO MOON” serves as a pun indicating two moons. This concept originates from the lyrics of “ZigZag” in their debut EP: “just like the earth and the moon, I revolve around you.”
The official lightstick is named Dalbit (달빛), meaning “moonlight.” There are currently two versions, with Version 2 released in April 2022. The second version features a sleeker design, displays the ONEUS logo, and supports multi-colored LEDs with Bluetooth connectivity for concert synchronization. The group’s official colors include:
- Deep Blue: Representing Earth (PANTONE 7691 C, PANTONE 7724 C).
- Moon Silver: Representing the Moon (PANTONE P 10-1 C).
- Sparkling White: Representing Space.
Popularity and Reach
ONEUS maintains a strong listener base in Northeast and Southeast Asia, with Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Taipei ranking among their top-streamed cities on Spotify. By mid-2025, the group amassed approximately 325.8 million total streams and over 1 million followers on the platform. Their official YouTube channel has reached 1.59 million subscribers, while their Instagram account (@official_oneus) boasts 2 million followers with over 7,500 posts.
In Japan, the Japanese version of the single “Twilight” sold over 60,000 copies in October 2019, and the single “808” debuted at No. 1 on the Oricon Daily Chart with 3,662 copies sold on its first day. Musical Style
ONEUS utilizes a foundation of pop blended with dance, R&B, and electronic elements, where melodic vocals remain the primary focus over heavy percussion. NME described “Same Scent” as “modern tropical house,” while the group is widely recognized for integrating traditional Korean instruments into both their music and music videos.
Visually, ONEUS adapts their concept for every era. Their narrative series spanning Fly with Us (2019), Lived (2020), and Devil (2021) employs a dark fantasy aesthetic featuring cursed characters. In contrast, “A Song Written Easily” (2020) embraces a bright spring theme, while “Black Mirror” (2021) pays homage to Michael Jackson’s choreography. Notably, the titles LIVED and DEVIL are palindromes of one another, reflecting a direct connection between their respective storylines.
