Han Jisung (born 2000) is a South Korean singer, rapper, and record producer. He is a member of the South Korean boy group Stray Kids, where he functions as a rapper, vocalist, and producer.
Early life
Han spent part of his childhood in Malaysia and attended Fairview International School during his residence there. Upon returning to South Korea, he focused on musical training and became a trainee at JYP Entertainment. Prior to his official debut, Han was a member of the pre-debut unit 3RACHA alongside Bang Chan and Changbin, where he was involved in songwriting and music production.
Career
In 2016, Han formed the hip-hop trio 3RACHA with Bang Chan and Changbin while still a trainee at JYP Entertainment, releasing self-produced music on SoundCloud. In October 2017, he was officially introduced as a participant in the reality survival show Stray Kids in the roles of rapper, vocalist, and producer.
On March 25, 2018, Han made his official debut with Stray Kids through the release of the EP I Am Not and the lead single “District 9.” Within the group, Han serves as the main rapper and sub-vocalist, and is one of the three core members of 3RACHA, the primary production unit for the group’s discography.
Throughout 2018, Han contributed to the production of the EPs I Am Who and I Am You. In 2019, he participated in the creation of the album Clé 1: Miroh, and the EPs Clé 2: Yellow Wood and Clé: Levanter.
In January 2020, 3RACHA released the track “Carpe Diem” on SoundCloud to commemorate their third anniversary. Later that year, Han assisted in producing the group’s first studio album, Go Live, featuring the single “God’s Menu,” followed by the repackaged album In Life in September.
From April to June 2021, Han and Stray Kids competed in and won the television program Kingdom: Legendary War. In August 2021, the group released the album Noeasy, with Han serving as a producer and songwriter for the lead single “Thunderous.”
In 2022, Han participated in the EP Maxident and the Maniac World Tour. In February 2022, Stray Kids signed with Republic Records for U.S. promotions. In March 2022, Han contributed to the EP Oddinary, which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200.
In June 2023, the group released the album 5-Star, which also reached number one on the Billboard 200. This was followed by the release of Rock-Star in November 2023, making Stray Kids the first group to have four consecutive albums debut at the top of that chart.
In 2024, Han was involved in the production of the mini-album Ate. In August 2024, the group commenced the dominATE World Tour, during which Han performed his solo stage “Hold My Hand.” In December 2024, the album HOP was released and reached number one on several charts.
In March 2025, Han was featured on the track “Truman” with Felix for the group’s dominATE mixtape. The dominATE World Tour concluded in Rome in July 2025, recording 2.15 million tickets sold and a revenue of $260 million, becoming the largest-scale tour in K-pop history. In August 2025, Stray Kids released their fourth studio album, Karma, which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. Han served as a producer and songwriter for the project. As of 2025, he has over 100 copyrighted works registered with the Korea Music Copyright Association (KOMCA).
