Nakamura Kazuha (born August 9, 2003) is a Japanese singer, dancer, and rapper. She is a member of the K-pop girl group LE SSERAFIM, managed by Source Music under HYBE Labels. Within the group, Nakamura serves as the main dancer, sub-vocalist, and rapper.
Early life
Nakamura was born in Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture, and was raised as an only child in Osaka, Japan, from age 2 to 16. She began ballet training at age 3 at the Hashimoto Sachiyo Ballet School in Osaka. Between 2015 and 2019, she earned numerous awards and gold medals at prestigious ballet competitions in Japan.
Nakamura participated in short-term training programs at the Bolshoi Academy in Moscow, Russia, and the Royal Ballet School in London, United Kingdom. From 2018 to 2019, she performed in several European countries, including Finland, Poland, and Ireland.
In 2020, Nakamura moved to Amsterdam, Netherlands, to attend the Dutch National Ballet Academy. During her studies there, she was recruited by Bang Si-hyuk, founder of Big Hit Music, after passing an online audition for Source Music in 2021. Nakamura moved to South Korea in January 2022 and trained for approximately three to five months before her debut, the shortest training period among the members of LE SSERAFIM. She officially debuted with the group on May 2, 2022, with the first mini-album Fearless.
Career
On April 8, 2022, Source Music introduced Nakamura as the fifth member of LE SSERAFIM. On May 2, 2022, she officially debuted with the group’s first mini-album Fearless, serving as the main dancer, sub-vocalist, and rapper.
In October 2022, LE SSERAFIM released their second mini-album, Antifragile. The album received platinum certification in South Korea and became the group’s first release to sell over one million copies. In November 2022, Nakamura was selected as the brand ambassador for the South Korean cosmetics brand Etude House.
On January 25, 2023, LE SSERAFIM made their official Japanese debut with the single Fearless (Japanese Version), which included the original track “Choices.” In February 2023, Nakamura became the first muse for the hair care brand Lador. On May 1, 2023, the group released their first studio album, Unforgiven, which reached number 6 on the United States Billboard 200 and recorded over 1.3 million pre-orders.
From August 12 to October 3, 2023, Nakamura participated in the first concert tour of LE SSERAFIM, titled Flame Rises Tour, consisting of 11 performances in Seoul, three Japanese cities (Nagoya, Tokyo, Osaka), Hong Kong, and Jakarta. In October 2023, the group released the English single “Perfect Night,” featured as a soundtrack for the game Roblox.
On February 19, 2024, LE SSERAFIM returned with their third mini-album, Easy, which peaked at number 8 on the Billboard 200. In April 2024, Nakamura performed with the group at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California, United States. In August 2024, the group released their fourth mini-album, Crazy, marking their fourth consecutive top 10 album on the Billboard 200.
On March 14, 2025, LE SSERAFIM released their fifth mini-album, Hot, concluding a trilogy of albums including Easy and Crazy. In April 2025, Nakamura participated in the group’s first world tour, Easy Crazy Hot World Tour, starting in Incheon, South Korea, with stops in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and North America. In May 2025, Nakamura was appointed as a brand ambassador for Lululemon.
In October 2025, it was confirmed that LE SSERAFIM would make a comeback seven months after the release of Hot, while Nakamura continued promotional activities through the world tour.
On January 31, 2026, it was announced that she and the group would hold the EASY CRAZY HOT ENCORE IN SEOUL concert at Jamsil Indoor Stadium, with a follow-up performance on February 1, 2026.
