Koko (born Narai Koko) is a Japanese singer, rapper, and dancer based in South Korea. She is a member of the girl group izna under WAKEONE Entertainment, serving as the main dancer and main rapper.
Early life
Koko was born on November 14, 2006, in Imabari, Ehime Prefecture, Japan. She began dance training at the age of three. Prior to moving to South Korea, Koko was a trainee under AVEX Entertainment in Japan. She relocated to South Korea during her high school years.
Career
In 2024, Koko gained public recognition as a contestant on the Mnet survival reality show I-LAND 2: N/a. She was introduced as a trainee through a performance video released on March 21. On July 4, 2024, Koko ranked fourth in the “Final Save Vote” of I-LAND 2: N/a, determined by international and South Korean audience votes (I-MATE Votes).
On November 25, 2024, Koko officially debuted as a member of the K-pop group izna with the release of their first mini album, N/a.
In January 2026, Koko and fellow member Mai made their runway debut as models at the TGC Aichi/Nagoya 2026 fashion event. In addition to walking the catwalk, izna provided a special live performance at the event.
