Kanamaru Saki (金丸紗希) is a Japanese singer, dancer, and idol. She was born on April 5, 2002, in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. Saki is a founding member of the idol group Twilight: and was previously a founding member of ONE BY ONE. Throughout her idol career, she has served as a core member and represented the group’s image color, Light Blue.
Early Life
She began her idol career in 2021 as a founding member of ONE BY ONE, which was formed on March 20, 2021. Before officially debuting with the group in May 2022, Saki spent time training and performing as a member from its earliest days.
Career
Her representative color in the group was Light Blue, and together with the other members, she regularly performed in Tokyo. The group suspended activities at the end of 2021, and Saki graduated on December 31, 2021.
On April 14, 2022, she rejoined ONE BY ONE, though her return was short-lived, as she graduated for the second time on November 30, 2022.
In 2023, Kanamaru Saki continued her idol journey as a member of the duo group Twilight: alongside her close friend. The group officially debuted on May 12, 2023, at SHIBUYA WOMB in Tokyo, drawing attention within the underground idol scene.
After her activities with Twilight:, she decided to pursue a solo career to further her personal ambitions.
Alongside her idol work, Kanamaru Saki gradually built a strong online presence under the name Syujinko (主人公). On April 1, 2024, Kanamaru Saki made her official gravure debut with the digital photo book Odoru Wanrūmu kara Yume no Naka (踊るワンルームから夢の中), released through Shūkan Pureibōi Gurajapa! (週プレ グラジャパ!) by Shueisha. Prior to this release, she launched a self-produced 100-day countdown campaign on TikTok using the hashtag #人生初水着まであと100日 (“100 Days Until My First Bikini”), which gained significant attention from fans. The award was based on sales performance, artistic value, and cultural impact during the period from November 1, 2023, to October 31, 2024. In 2025, Kanamaru Saki continued releasing digital photobooks under Young Jump Photo Book. Syujinko to wa Oudou de Aru! (主人公とは王道である!) was released on April 24, 2025, followed by Seiso-kei Bungaku Joshi na noni… (清楚系文学女子なのに…) on August 6, 2025. These works were photographed by Ichikawa Hideaki and distributed across major Japanese e-book platforms. She also joined the artist management company Uniiique, which specializes in influencers and young models.
