CIIU (Full name: 奔赴少年CIIU) is a Chinese boy group active in music and entertainment under JYP Entertainment and Fanling Culture. The group debuted on August 22, 2025, with their first mini-album, Our Start (我们的出发). CIIU is the second Chinese boy group from JYP Entertainment, following BOY STORY (2019).

CIIU currently consists of five members, all from China:

Li Xijie was part of the original debut lineup but later departed from the group.
Meaning of the name
The name CIIU stands for the English phrase Closer To (II) YoU. The name conveys the idea that the members and their fans can grow closer to each other regardless of distance.
The group’s Chinese name, 奔赴少年, translates to “Youth Setting Out,” evoking the image of young artists embarking on their journey to pursue music.
Pre-debut activities
Before their official debut, the group promoted under the temporary name Project C beginning on January 8, 2021, during their training phase. Their official Weibo account was launched on January 6, 2021.
During the pre-debut period, the members participated in the variety show Where Are We Running Today? (오늘은 어디로 달려갈까) and held several livestream broadcasts to connect with the audience.
Fandom and Lightstick
The official fandom name for CIIU is 晓福星 (Xiao Fuxing), announced on November 8, 2025. The official meaning of the fandom name has not yet been revealed by JYP Entertainment and Fanling Culture.
The group uses the color 启明色 (Qǐmíng sè), described as the color of the dawn sky when the morning star appears.
As of March 2026, CIIU’s official lightstick has not been announced.
